
Any person who has purchased and holds a valid ticket for Rock the Park Music Festival is eligible to claim a refund.
Only the person that purchased the tickets will be able to claim the refund.
The window in which to claim your refund is open now.
The window will close at midnight on 30th September 2022. Any claims made after this date will not be processed.
Please read carefully. The process to claim a refund is different depending on how you purchased your tickets.

Refunds will be processed within 30 working days of receiving claim. Please do not contact us to try and chase up your refund.

If you have not received your refund within 30 working days, contact us.

Orders can only be refunded into the bank account used to purchase the tickets. Rock the Park have no access to change any bank/card details. If your bank/card details have changed, please contact your bank to retrieve your refund from the account.

Please ensure all details are correct before sending, wrong details will result in your refund being unable to be processed.

If you would only like to refund part of your order please make it clear in your email which tickets you would like refunding.
