Rock the Park Music Festival will take place on Thursday 3rd August 2023 - Monday 7th August 2023 at Borras Hall Lane in Wrexham, North Wales.

The festival will open at;

From 4pm on 3rd August 2023 for camping only.

11am - 11:30pm on 4th August 2023.

11am - 11pm on 5th August 2023.

11am - 11pm on 6th August 2023.

2023 is set to be the BIGGEST Rock the Park EVER!

There are no age restrictions to attend Rock the Park!

Under 12s can attend for free! Simply purchase a free ticket from the tickets page.

Any person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult 18+
Rock the Park does not take responsibility for the supervision of children.

ID may be required upon entry to the festival.

The festival operates a challenge 25 policy across all of its bars and shops and will accept the following ID:

  • Bank Card used to purchase tickets

(for entry to the festival only, this will not be accepted as proof of age)

  • Full Driving Licence / Provisional Driving Licence

  • Passport

​Please bring ID if you look under 25 years old.

Legally there is no automatic right to be served alcohol. Service is always at the discretion of the bar staff for whatever reason they decide, and they are under no obligation to explain the reason.

All persons entering the festival (ticket holders, staff, guests, press, media) will be subject to a search by a trained or approved member of security or staff.

Any person found to be in possession of any prohibited items will be evicted from the festival site (at the discretion of security staff) and may face prosecution.

Any prohibited items will be confiscated by staff and will be removed from the site by the relevant authorities to be destroyed. Prohibited items will not be stored on site.

Confiscated items are not eligible to be reclaimed after the festival.

Management, security & police services reserve the right to refuse or confiscate any item not detailed above that they deem inappropriate or dangerous to bring in to the festival.

There is a strict no re-entry policy in place at Rock the Park. If you leave the festival site, you will be refused re-entry.

Camping & Glamping attendees can go back and forth to camp sites at their leisure.

Most vendors will accept both cash and card.

The bars do not run a token system and will also accept cash & card.

There are no cash machines on site.

There will be a large amount of toilets on site including larger disabled toilets. The toilet areas are well distributed, easy to reach for everyone and are cleaned several times a day.

Phone charging stations will be available in the Festival Shop.

The festival shop will sell all of your festival essentials, snacks, camping equipment and will contain multiple phone charging stations.

Any items found be staff or handed in will be kept safely on site with the management team.

 

If you have lost an item during the festival, staff will be able to make contact with management to see if your item has been found.

To find a lost item after the festival please contact us. Try to describe your item with as much detail as possible to allow management to ensure the item is yours.

Items will be kept for a maximum of 30 days after the festival, after which the item will be donated or destroyed.
