WHAT TO DO IN AN EMERGENCY?

There are hundreds of security, stewards and campsite staff on duty throughout the festival weekend 24 hours day, all of which wear our festival tabards. Locate a member of staff for any emergencies, who will be able to assist or locate the correct assistance. You will then to follow the directions of the festival staff.

If you need to contact north Wales Police to report a non-emergency crime or to provide information on a crime while at the festival, please go to the welfare tent (located next to the main stage) in the main arena. Security there will take your details and report any matters to the police if needed or deal with the issues themselves. You can also contact police on 101 for non emergency crime.

If a serious or life-threatening crime is being committed, please contact a member of security staff as quickly as possible. If in the unlikely event you cannot find someone, please call 999.
