All tickets have been automatically transferred to 2021. If you already have a ticket and still wish to attend you don't have to do a thing. We have already re-validated your tickets for 2021. We really hope you will either keep your ticket from 2020 (which includes the current lineup along with the new headlining acts which will be announced in the coming weeks) or donate your ticket to the festival and help support live music and grassroots festivals such as ours. We really do need your support to be able to bring you this fantastic festival year after year. As a truly independent music festival, we have no corporate backers, no help from the Welsh or UK governments, or any form of financial support. For those of you who genuinely cannot attend next year, despite Eventbrite's terms & conditions we will be opening up a refund window on July 15th. We will spend the next few weeks working alongside Eventbrite refund team testing the system to ensure this process is as easy and as smooth as possible. From this date (July 15th) you will be able to claim a full refund on your tickets by emailing us at Please do not email before this date (July 15th) as your email may not got seen as the email address is not yet live and you could miss out on your refund. Please also only contact us for refunds using this email account as emails to other accounts may be missed. The refund window will only be available until August 9th 2020. Any emails received after this will not be valid and no refunds will be given. Due to Eventbrite's huge backlog of cancelled events they have informed us that refunds may take up to 90 days to show back into your account. Every effort will be made to get refunds to you as soon as possible. We have also emailed all ticket holders with all the information you need. When you email we need your BOOKING REFERENCE & LEAD BOOKER NAME (in full). Monies are refunded to the same card used for the booking. This cannot be changed for security reasons.
